     I've been playing Old Time music with a whole bunch of folks in Southern Michigan for what seems like forever, and I think the first tune I learned on the fiddle is Julianne Johnson, from the fiddling of Jim and Sandy Breitenbach from down there. I prefer to play it on the fiddle, but I did it on this recording on the mandolin for ambiance purposes. The recording is part of a soundtrack for a movie, more on that in the C.D. info page.

I use this medley as the last selection on the CD cause it's so gentle and peaceful sounding.
